Welcome. My name is Erin Harrington. I’m a certified Functional Medicine Health Coach and Integrated Nutritionalist and Experience Yoga Teacher. I specialize in working with people who are experiencing weight loss resistance, hormonal imbalances, auto-immune conditions, fatigue, brain fog, digestive problems, and sleep disturbances. Together we address nutrition, sleep, stress, supplementation and movement that works best for you. If you’ve been thinking about making changes for way too long, it’s time for action!

After your free consultation, the commitment begins here. These packages will transform you as we address nutrition, food, sleep, stress, supplementation, and movement that will work for your lifestyle and the goals you’re committed to achieving.

We can meet by video conferencing, FaceTime, Skype or Zoom from anywhere in the world. Video conferencing makes it easy with no added travel time from the convenience of your home or office. In-person appointments are available in the Charleston area—please inquire here. I am also available for group sessions, workshops, and corporate wellness programs that include movement, meditation, and nutrition. Please contact me for further details.


During our first session 1 hour session we’ll identify your primary health concerns, symptoms and health history. Together we’ll create realistic goals and you’ll leave with recommendations to begin making changes immediately. This session can be scheduled as an individual meeting, but follow-ups are recommended for optimal success  (Check out the Jump Start Me and Your are Worth It Package.)


This customized package is perfect when you need a jump start.  We meet for 3 one hour sessions with email support to identify root causes of imbalances, relieve symptoms and create new habits.  I provide recommendations, inspiration, support and accountability so you can meet your health goals.  Often the combination of a jump start and a little education motivates you to heal yourself. 


This package includes an initial intake session with 5 follow up sessions and unlimited email support. Working together over time allows us to dive deeper into your health concerns.  We’ll identify personal barriers, stubborn symptoms, and bad habits. There will be victories and setbacks on this path and that’s where coaching can be most valuable.  If you’ve been struggling and are ready to take charge of your health this is the package for you.

Take the guesswork out of what’s for dinner and enjoy the process of shopping and cooking nourishing food.  If you’re making multiple marketing trips a week, eating out, gaining weight, throwing away food or confused about what’s healthy, I’ll show you how to cook once, eat twice and get more organized with planning, shopping and cooking. The grocery store tour takes place at Whole Foods Market, Mt. Pleasant. Meal plans agreed upon in advance.

Yoga is a perfect partner for developing clean eating habits and a healthier lifestyle. In addition to learning the movements and breath of yoga you’ll learn healthy lifestyle techniques developed though Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga. Simple things like circadian living, seasonal eating and supporting the body with warm oils are just a few.
